Deployments of FireCast OS 3.0 are already underway with several kiosk and digital signage customers, including Transeastern Homes (www.transeasternhomes.com). Transeastern uses FireCast to power customer information kiosks in their new home sales centers. Each customer that enters a Transeastern sales center is prompted to use the kiosk to enter contact details (such as name and address) as well as information on their target price range, purchase timeframe, etc. By capturing this information at the start of the customer lifecycle, Transeastern ensures that each homeowner's expectations are exceeded from initial contact through closing and beyond. The Transeastern deployment is managed by Zimmerman Business Management Systems, a unit of Omnicom's Zimmerman Partners Advertising (www.zadv.com).
FireCast OS 3.0 is available immediately through value-added resellers or direct from WireSpring. FireCast ClientCenter subscribers may download the new version immediately, free of charge, or may request a complimentary remote upgrade.
